What's included in first 7 days?
At your onboarding call, we'll ensure you have access to the platform and our calendar of support calls and training events. We'll then set up a separate call to establish your brand on the platform, import all contacts, and generate 5 years of social media posts with automated CTAs to lead magnet funnels set up and ready to go. This includes content templates, automation workflows, and a complete engagement strategy.
How does the 6-month ROI guarantee work?
If you attend our support calls and implement all the systems as outlined in our program, we are confident you will see a positive return on your investment. In fact, if you do not see double return on your investment through increased revenue within six months of completing the program, you may request a credit for future services equal to your package price (see Terms for full details). Do I need technical skills to use these systems?

Once set up, everything runs automatically. Plus, you can hire our team of trained admins to build projects for you if you need help.
Can members of my staff implement this for me?
Yes. You can have as many team members on your account as you wish. When it comes to learning our system and customizing the 'Done with You' templates, we recommend one person from your team (you or someone else) be the leader for implementation so our support team can provide you the most efficient help to get everything running smoothly.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All systems are built with HIPAA compliance in mind, including our course platform and communication tools. We use certified platforms and follow strict security protocols to protect patient information.
What's the difference between Done-With-You and Done-For-You?
Done with You provides all the templates, blueprints, and support you need to implement the systems yourself with our guidance. Done for You means we build and set up everything for you — you just review and approve. Both include the same core systems and ROI guarantee.
Can I upgrade from 'Done with You' to 'Done for You'?
Yes! Many clients start with 'Done with You' and upgrade to 'Done for You' once they see the value. You'll receive credit for your initial investment when upgrading within the first 60 days.
Can I downgrade from 'Done for You' to 'Done with You'?
Yes! All of our monthly plans are month to month, no contracts. Once you've built your systems and feel your team is trained to maintain it, at any time you can downgrade from the 'Done for You' to a 'Done with You' plan. The lower price will be billed starting in the next month's billing cycle. Just reach out to support (submit a support ticket or email [email protected]) to make the change. If you want to downgrade an annual plan, you can do so at the end of your annual term.
